How to do ? 9/11 - Never Forget

 9/11


So it's 9/11. I thought long and hard how to interact with today. In the end there are some designs, but I have not promoted them rather they are there for those that feel the need for one. Also released some emotive images as part of a never forget post.



I still remember when it happened, something I doubt I will ever forget. The internet was in its infancy and was not slick like it is today. We were at work and the internet suddenly went dead. After about an hour the sun website came up with pictures, then went down again. It was several hours before the shock of events was clear. Back then most people my age had not known of such an event in our lifetime.

As I say, I will never forget, and perhaps no one should

 As anyone who follows here, will know that I have a love all things technology related. I think, personally AI is one of the greatest innovations in computing, probably since the internet itself. More About Us (or what floats our boat and makes us tick!)

  Writing here as the founder of Alchemise Innovation, my background was science and technology based. However, in recent times I felt it was time for a change. I didn't want to be part of a larger company and get swallowed up in politics I felt were wrong. Also, I realised that now was probably my last opportunity to at least try my own business. Having spent the last 5 years looking at spin out opportunities, and with a desire to keep myself relevant in the science and technology sector, I looked for options. It made sense to me to look at AI (artificial intelligence) from an end user perspective. This lead to image design amongst other possibilities. Academic Investigation Vs Artificial Intelligence - the thoughts of Alchemise Innovation  Those who ever see me comment on quora will note I have a dim view of the state of the UK and its University system. Also, as they say it doesn't take a rocket scientist, but a lot of my opinion is based on years of observation, especially at a certain University (I will say no more  - read book 1    for which I apologise, firstly I wrote it really as therapy, secondly I changed names which I think didn't help, thirdly I didn't review it as the events were and are painful that myself and others had to endure).
